About Martin Edwards
Martin
Edwards has been researching family and military history for twenty
years. Having traced eight of his family lines he became involved
with family history initially and was for a few years Chairman
of Cambridgeshire Family History Society.
He is now webmaster for several family history
societies namely Cambridgeshire,
Huntingdonshire,
Peterborough
and Fenland.
For many years he also maintained the GENUKI and GENWEB county
pages for Cambridgeshire, Huntingdonshire and Bedfordshire.
He has several web sites on-line dealing with

of Honour is a site designed to transcribe, research and publish
the expanded details taken from the various war memorials in the
United Kingdom as well as some overseas. The site also contains
several freely searchable databases and other relevant information
related to various aspects of military research.
Another site deals with the Boer
Wars with details of various personalities, fighting forces
and details of various aspects related to the boer war with some
contemporary photographs.
His Local
Ancestors web site is designed to aid those starting out with
their research.
Cambridgeshire
History is a web site that contains information about a variety
of topics releated to Cambridgeshire and Huntingdonshire including
people, places and events.
His links with Malaysia and Singapore and his
